This policy explains what personal data AdPilote ("AdPilote", "we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. AdPilote is currently in early access. If anything here is unclear, email us at ramil.startup@gmail.com and we'll answer.

Who is responsible for your data

AdPilote is the data controller for the information collected on this site. You can reach us for any privacy question at ramil.startup@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist details — the email address you submit and, optionally, an approximate monthly ad-spend range. We also store when you signed up and which part of the page you signed up from.
• Basic usage analytics — we use Vercel Analytics, which measures page views and traffic sources in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

We do not collect Google Ads data through this website. Connecting a Google Ads account is a future early-access feature; when it launches it will be governed by an expanded version of this policy that you can review before connecting anything.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use your waitlist details for a single purpose: to contact you about AdPilote early access and launch updates. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We use aggregate analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.

Who processes it

Waitlist data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) in the European Union. The site and analytics run on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We never sell your data or share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until AdPilote launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email ramil.startup@gmail.com and we'll act on your request. You may also unsubscribe from any email we send.

Changes

We may update this policy as AdPilote develops. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and a full product privacy policy will be published before we process any Google Ads data.
