Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AdPilote website at adpilote.com (the "Site") and the early-access waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What AdPilote is right now

AdPilote is a product in active development. It is intended to help Google Ads advertisers and agencies review search terms — labeling intent, checking existing negative-keyword coverage, and preparing keyword and negative lists for the user to approve. Today the Site offers an early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist expresses interest; it is not a purchase and does not guarantee access, pricing, or any particular feature.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free.
• We onboard early users in limited waves and can't promise a specific timeline or a spot for everyone.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the email address you submit and for keeping your access to it.

Acceptable use

Please use the Site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, submit others' details without permission, or use automated means to abuse the waitlist form.

Google Ads and other third parties

When account connection becomes available, using AdPilote with Google Ads will also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. AdPilote is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. AdPilote provides tools and suggestions to support decisions made by you; it does not guarantee any specific performance, savings, or return on ad spend.

"As is" and liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdPilote is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist.

Intellectual property

The AdPilote name, brand, and Site content are ours. These terms don't grant you any right to use them beyond normally viewing the Site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which AdPilote operates. Questions? Email ramil.startup@gmail.com.
